My decision to set up my own legal practice was motivated by a desire to work in a more autonomous legal environment where my daily working life allows me to set my own practice goals. My primary goal is to deliver my legal services in a way that results in a high level of client satisfaction. That means my services must be delivered in a way which is:
- Professionally competent
- Achieves the desired legal outcome for the client
- Is charged out at a fee which is fair and reasonable having regard to the work that was done.
The elements of trust worthiness and client confidentiality which underpin all professional relationships are integral to my service standards.
Over the years I have developed long and lasting professional relationships with my clients and the satisfaction gained from that has always been more important to me than the fees earned from the work my clients have brought to me. The legal profession has a proud history and tradition of service to the wider community and I strive to uphold that tradition.
